PAINTINGS & COATINGS

Mammoth uses the highest grade exhaust

paint specifically designed to withstand

temperatures up to 500ᵒC



This silicon based coating prevents rusting

during a shutdown or when the equipment

is exposed to moisture.

pressed end plates

Mammoth use pressed plates to allow for

expansion and contraction and mitigates

an edge fatigue stress point.

This causes a differential in the thermal expansion
and contraction rate of the tube –the impact of this
is mitigated by the space created by the pressed
plate design.

Mammoth exhaust tubes and mufflers are

manufactured using continuous weld practices.

Stitch welds are a common failure point on

many exhaust systems which continuous

welding practices mitigates.

PROVEN TO INCREASE PRODUCT LIFE BY 30-50%

solid fittings & flanges

Mammoth uses solid machined fittings over against
spun metal flanges.

This prevents crushing from overtightening and mitigates
fatigue caused by misalignment.

SOLID FLANGES ARE PROVEN TO MITIGATE FLANGE FAILURE ENTIRELY.
